fried chinese noodles

The fried noodles that usually are in containers next to the soups: Does anyone out there know how they are made? They are in Chinese restaurants.

Those “fried chinese noodles” are fried wonton skins. You can buy the wonton skins at any supermarkets (near the produce section) or at any oriental groceries (in the fridge or freezer). If you can’t locate them, just ask for Wonton Skin (or Wonton wrappers/papers). Cut them into the desired size you want (thin strips, squares, circles…), and fry them until golden brown. Delicious! Best with soups. Enjoy!

Thanks for the info on chinese noodles. I just love them in won ton soup
so will give them a try. Will let you know how I make out.
