Banana Split Dessert
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 white sugar
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen sliced Strawberries in syrup, thawed
2 medium bananas, chopped
1 carton Cool Whip (12 oz) thawed
1 cup chopped walnuts
couple drops red food coloring (optional)
In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugar and cream cheese until well blended and creamy. Stir in pineapple (well drained), strawberries & chopped bananas.
Fold in the thawed Cool Whip, walnuts and optional red food coloring.
Pour into greased glass 13x9x2" pan. Freeze
Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving. Cut into squares and Enjoy!
:roll: This should be kept in the freezer. Remove to serve and then return any leftover to freezer.
