Frozen Peach Cream Pie
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Juice of 2 large lemons (about 1/2 cup)
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
2 cups sliced peeled ripe peaches, cut into small pieces
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches), chilled
Mix milk with lemon juice (mixture will thicken). Fold in whipped cream and peaches. Pour into crust. Freeze until firm. Serve frozen. Yield: 6-
8 servings.
Note: Raspberries, boysenberries, strawberries or fresh apricots can be used in place of peaches.
