8 Sheets graham crackers
1/4 cup marshmallow creme
1 cup chocolate ice cream

Break graham cracker sheets in half
Spread 1 tsp marshmallow creme onto 8 cracker halves. Spread 2 Tbsp ice cream onto bare crackers, then top with marshmallow spread crackers.
Working quickly, wrap s’mores tightly in plastic and freeze for 4 hours.
This is so easy and so good. Even the little cooks in the family can help to make these.
