Fruit & Yogurt Salad
2 medium apples, chopped
1 cup of seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 cup of mandarin orange sections
1/4 cup of coconut
1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt
Line individual salad plates with leaf lettuce.
Combine the apples, grapes. mandarin oranges and flaked coconut, and
toss lightly. Spoon the fruit mixture onto lettuce lined plates.
Drizzle strawberry yogurt over fruit.
