Fudge-full Peanut Butter Bars
Cake:
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 eggs
Filling:
1 cup chocolate chips
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp margarine
1 cup coconut
Mix first four ingredients until you have a thick dough. Spread about 2/3 of the dough into a 13x9" pan. Save the other 1/3. Heat chocolate chips, milk, and margarine on stove until melted. Stir frequently this won’t take long. When smooth, remove from heat, and add coconut. Pour this over the dough, and then drop remaining dough over the filling by spoonfulls. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. If using a glass pan decrease heat to 325.
Cool and cut into bars.
