Fudge Truffle Cheesecake

Filling:

3 8 oz package cream cheese – softened
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 12 oz package semisweet chocolate chips – melted
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Chocolate Crumb Crust:

1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup butter or margarine – melted

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Press crust into bottom of a 9" springform pan. In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth, then add remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill several hours or overnight. Garnish with shaved chocolate if desired.
