This broccoli is also good served wrapped in a warmed flour
tortilla with cheese.

1 large bunch broccoli, broken into florets, the stems peeled
1 clove garlic, chopped, or more, to taste
2 T. extra virgin olive oil or butter
Salt and pepper, to taste

Steam the broccoli for 3 to 5 minutes, or until it is bright green
and still crunchy. Remove from the heat and set aside.

In a heavy skillet, warm the garlic and butter or olive oil until it is
just fragrant, not browned. Add the broccoli and warm through.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.

Serves 4.
