Garlic cream chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 rashes of bacon
  • 400 mls of thickened cream
    *salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons if crushed garlic
  • parsley for garnish

slice chicken into strips, remove rind from bacon and either slice or dice. place garlic into hot frypan with a little olive oil, sear until the garlic turn transparent.

then place sliced chicken,sliced/diced bacon and saute until golden brown. add cream and simmer uncovered (do not boil as cream will separate) for 20 minutes. add salt to taste,remembering the salt from the bacon. add parsley and continue to simmer for 30 seconds. server on a bed of rice.
