Garlic Herb Marinade
Servings: Makes 2/3 cup servings
1/3 cup ReaLemon® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chicken-flavored bouillon granules
1 1/2 teaspoons thyme leaves
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 pound skinned, boneless chicken breast halves
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken; mix well. In shallow dish or resealable plastic storage bag, pour marinade over chicken. Cover or close tightly.
Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill or broil chicken until fully cooked. Refrigerate leftover
