Garlic Noodles

I am sure it is probably really a simple recipe, but would like to know how the Cheesecake Factory makes theirs. Anyone have an idea??

here’s an easy garlic-Parmesan sauce for pasta that you can make:

Saute a couple cloves of garlic in about 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter - do not brown - if you burn it you will have to start over - add 1c. fresh grated Parmesan, or Pecorino Romano, or Parmesan Reggiano, a bit of salt and a few grinds from the black pepper shaker - add 1/2 cup light cream or half-and-half and stir constantly until smooth and well blended. Toss with pasta and any veggies or meats/poultry you are having. These measurements would probably do a half pound of pasta - depending on the type of pasta. Angelhair pasta and thinner spaghetti types usually suckupthe sauce.
