german hamburgers

2# lean ground beef
11/4 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 med.potatoe graded fine
4 slices bread,soaked in milk and squeezed out.
1 lge.onion grated fine.
2 eggs. 2 Tbs.cream.
1 tsp.baking powder.
Method.
MIX all ingredients together well.Take meat about the size of a large egg,roll
in flour and flatten out into a burger
Fry till nice and brown in hot fat.Try not to fry to fast or they won’t be done inside.
