Giant biscuit in a fruit punch bowl of gravy.

So, I’ve called roughly 60-70 bakeries in Las Vegas, but none of them make biscuits. I’m making a birthday cake for my friend, but it’s going to be a very large biscuit, roughly a foot in diameter and 6" high, then put it into a fruit punch bowl and fill it with gravy. I think I’m going to go with country gravy, but I’m not sure what’s good with biscuits yet. But my question is how do I make a biscuit that large?
