- 1 egg white
- 3/4 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 2 C pecan halves
Beat egg white until soft peak will stand. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Gold in pecans. Place pecans on greased cookie sheet, about an inch apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Turn off oven and let stand in oven for another 30 min. Store in an airtight container.
