Gorgonzola and Pear Pizza

1 frozen plain pizza dough, do not thaw (pizza serves 4 slices for 2)
1 - 1/2 pears, cored and thinly sliced
1/4 cup pinenuts
1 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese, or more as you like
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
olive oil
optional - dried tarragon, dried parsley flakes

Preheat oven to temperature as instructed on pizza dough package
Remove frozen pizza dough from packaging
Using pastry brush, brush olive oil thinly over top of dough
Sprinkle parsley and tarragon evenly over top, not too much, just enough to add a little seasoning
Arrange pear slices symmetrically around top to cover thoroughly
Arrange crumbled gorgonzola cheese evenly over pears to cover
Sprinkle pinenuts evenly over cheese layer
Top with sheedded mozzarella evenly to cover all.
Place in oven for recommended time as per pizza dough instructions.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving
