Grandma’s Raspberry Plum Jam
6 c. ground plums
2 c. raspberries whole or pieces
6 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice if plums are very ripe
1 1.75oz box of pectin
Bring all ingredients to rolling boil.
Boil 4-6 min.
Test at 4-1/2 min to check consistency (Place a tablespoon on plate and
place in freezer to cool).
If thick enough, emit remaining boil time.
Can in pint jars if desired.
