1 Pie shell
1 Large can peaches (well drained)
5 Â½ tbs. Butter
1/3 C. Flour
1 egg, beaten
Â¼ t. vanilla
Cover pie plate with pie shell, and cover bottom of shell with drained peaches. Mix rest of ingredients together (batter will be thick). Spread around as much as possible. Bake at 425* for 10 minutes, turn oven down to 300* and bake for 1 hour. (batter will spread out from heat of oven).
