Green Beans Mushrooms, Onions and Bacon H.J.’s
Green beans. . .Fresh use equivalent of 1 can of brought
can use 1 can of brought green beans.
2-4 large white button mushrooms. . . sliced thinly
Bacon . . .3 strips . . .cut into bite sizes… .uncooked
1 medium yellow onion. . .sliced
water enough to coverall and cook till tender
Dash of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Butter is optional
All in the pan together: simmer till tender and not much water left in the pot
Add about 1/2 T. to 1 T. of butter or not at the very last.
