Green Chile Cheese Dip
5 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup picante sauce
1 (7 ounce) can green chiles, chopped and drained
1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimento, drained
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
Add cream cheese and sour cream to food processor bowl. Blend together until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Taste to adjust seasonings if necessary.
Serve as a dip with nacho chips.
