Hi - I am new to this, so please be gentle with me!
It is a beautiful day here in Salem, VA (67 degrees!) so we are grilling out tonight!
Grilled Burgers -
3 lbs ground chuck (Makes about 6 thick burgers)
1 package meatloaf seasoning mix
2 tsp. Worchester sauce
Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste
Desired toppings - Cheese, mayo, ketchup, mustard, onions, lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc… - I like provolone cheese, mushrooms & wasabi mayo
Mix all ingredients into burgers as thick as you prefer, grill (or even pan fry) until desired doneness. Place buns face down on grill until lightly toasted. Add your favorite toppings and you are ready to chow! I like to serve OreIda fast food fries with the burgers.
