Grilled Cheese Sandwiches


1-1/3 cup grated sharp cheese
2/3 cup grated Monterry Jack cheese
8 slices hardy white sandwich bread
4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Combine cheeses in bowl. Brush top side of bread with melted butter. Flip 4 slices over, sprinkle with cheese, and compact cheese lightly with hand. Cover with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, place two sandwiches in pan and press down with the Grip-n-Flip utensil cook until first side is golden brown, turn over and brown. Place the other two snadwiches in skillet and brown.
