Grilled Cheese Vegetarian Patty

1 slice of bread, mayonnaise, 1 patty, tomato, cheese, sweet chilli sauce

First toast the bread for about 3-4minutes while thinly slicing tomato and cheese. Use mayonnaise as a butter substitute and coat the toast. Then place a patty, sliced tomato, and sliced cheese onto the toast. Grill until the cheese has melted.

Broccoli and Almond Salad

1 whole broccoli, 1/2 cup of almonds, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, salt

Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 30seconds - 1minute and then soak in cold water until cool. Finely chop the almonds and garlic and add to the drained broccoli. Add olive oil, white vinegar and salt, and mix well.

Serving Suggestion

Li Kim Kee Thai Sweet Chili Sauce (available from Carrifore) is the perfect final touch. Lightly pour over the top of the grilled cheese vegetarian patty and serve together with the broccoli and almond salad.
