Grilled Halibut

Grilled Halibut

4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste

Rub halibut with oil on all sides; season with salt and black pepper.

Place fish on preheated grill; grill 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Serve with a chimichurri or mango salsa.
