2 lb. Large shrimp
1/4 cup Fresh parsley
1 cup Olive oil
1 Tbs. Oregano
4 Tbs. Lemon juice
4 Drops hot sauce
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tbs. Tomato paste
1/4 tsp. Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a glass dish. Marinate 2 hours at room temperature.

Grease and preheat grill. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes. Shrimp can be
served over rice with green salad and Italian bread.

Sounds pretty good. I really like to grill up jumbo shrimp. My old standby is to grill them in a garlic butter sauce. It is really fantastic. I’ve never used tomato paste with grilled shrimp, I’ll have to give it a whirl.
