Grilled Taco Burgers
In mixing bowl, combine and mix well:
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup crushed corn chips
1/4 cup water
1/2 package taco seasoning mix
Add and mix well:
1 pound ground beef
Shape meat into 4 patties, grill or fry to desired doneness. Serve on:
4 hamburger buns, toasted
Dress with:
1 large tomato, sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
