H.J.’s Supreme Cobbler
1 Stick of Butter Melted in microwave in a glass baking dish used for the cobbler- Large deep dish
to be melted in the oven…about 1 minute or so
…cover if needed not to splatter in micro …
Pre heat oven to: 350 degrees
Mix all in a bowl:
1 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt mix all these ingredients together in a bowl together
2 tsp. baking powder until smooth with electric beaters
Pour the above batter over the melted butter… .don’t mix
Add: Your favorite 1 can of Pie filling : “Thank You” brand Blueberries or whatever you like …on the top of the batter above I mix and use different fillings together sometimes
Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the knife comes out not sticking… uncovered
