Ham Bourbon Glazed
1 (10-pound) fully cooked smoked ham
1/2 cup sliced cloves…or your liking …trial and error
3/4 cup bourbon or apple juice
2 cups dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 navel oranges, sliced
Wrap ham in aluminum foil…place in lightly greased 13- x 9- inch pan.
Make 1/4-inch-deep cuts in a diamond design…insert cloves at 1-inch intervals
Bake at 325Â° for 2 hours.
Remove ham from oven…increase temperature to 450Â°.
Unwrap ham… discard foil.
Remove skin and excess fat from ham…
8 to 10 servings
