1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. light cream
2 c. diced cooked potatoes
3/4 lb. cooked ham,cubed
2 Tbs. chopped pimiento
Heat cheese and cream in medium-size saucepan, stirring constantly,
until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. RemoveFrom heat.
Stir in potatoes, ham and pimiento. Pour into a ungreased 1 1/2qt.
baking dish; cover.
Bake in a moderate oven(350) for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
