This recipe is an old family recipe…I had forgotton about it until I was visiting my aunt recently and she made it. It is really good!
Ham Loaf
1 lb ground ham (I ground mine in the food processor)
1 lb ground beef
2 eggs
16 saltine crackers, crushed
pepper
1 can tomato soup
Glaze
1/2 c brown sugar
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 Tbsp water
Bake loaf in an 8x8 baking pan at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours. Spread glaze on top the last 30 minutes.
