Hamburger and Spinach

1 pound ground chuck cooked
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup cooked rice
1 pkg onion soup
salt, pepper and parsley

Drain spinach and mix all ingredients. Place in casserole and bake for 1/2 hour at 350.

My variation of it…

I didn’t use the whole pound of beef. When I cooked the beef I added mushrooms. Also I only used about half the onion soup mix. Over all it was not bad. It tasted a lot like a wild rice casserole. I cooked it covered for 30 minutes, then for 5 minutes uncovered so it would get a little brown on top. I think it would also be good with broccoli.
