Hamburger Skillet Chow Mien

Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
This is really good and fast to fix!!

3/4 cup onion, chopped

1 minced garlic clove
2 cans (15 oz) Chop Suey vegetables, drained and rinsed
2 cans (10 1/2 oz) low fat beef broth
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/3 cup Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy Hot)

Directions: Cook beef, onion and garlic until done and browned. Drain any accumulated fat (leave beef in large chunks.) Drain and rinse vegetables. Add vegetables and beef broth to skillet. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Stir cornstarch into the soy sauce and Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce until well mixed. Add to beef mixture and stir well to mix thoroughly. Allow to simmer until liquid is thickened and clear. Serve over 1/2 cup rice or chow mein noodles.
