Harvest Hamburger Casserole
1 pound Lean ground beef
Brown and drain
1 c Onion minced
1 cn Tomatoes (28 oz) with liquid
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 t Salt
2 c Potatoes sliced
1/3 c Flour
1 pk Frozen corn thawed
1 pk Frozen lima beans thawed
1 x Green pepper cut in strips
1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese shredded
In a mixing bowl, combine beef, onion, tomatoes with liquid, Worcestershre
sauce and salt.
Spoon into a greased 3-qt casserole.
Layer the potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper on top.
Bake, covered, at 375° for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
