Hash Brown Quiche

1 (24 ounce.) package. frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes
1/3 Cup melted butter
1 Cup shredded hot pepper cheese
1 Cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 Cup diced, cooked ham
1/2 Cup half and half or cream
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Grease 9" pie plate, deep dish.

Press thawed potatoes between paper towels to remove excess water.

Fit hash browns into pie plate to make crust. Brush with melted butter and
bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.

Remove crust from oven and fill with layers of cheese and ham. Mix half and
half, eggs and salt. Pour over ham and cheese mixture.

Return to oven, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until knife inserted at
the edge comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes.

To use a 9"x13" pan, double everything except potatoes. Use 1 1/2 packages
of potatoes.
