Hawaiian Beef Casserole

1 can (14 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tsp.dry mustard
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 cup ketchup
1 (15 to 16 ounce) can red kidney beans

Drain the pineapple and drink the juice. Cook the meat, stirring, until the redness disappears. Add the chopped onion and cook for two minutes. Add remaining ingredients and put into casserole. Cook in 350F. oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly hot.
