Chicken breasts stuffed with yeast extract spread, the British classic condiment known as Marmite/Vegemite, then baked. Serve with salad, fries or any potato side dish. My kids love it!

2 teaspoons yeast extract spread, e.g. Marmite/Vegemite
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Cut 3 partial slits in each chicken breast. Place 1/2 teaspoon of the yeast extract spread into each slit.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
