Healthy Breakfast

Healthy breakfast we need if we want to be active and energetic in the morning. The problem of healthy breakfast is that we often simply do not have enough time, have healthy breakfast or we can not make the right choice in favor of healthy food.

On average, our healthy breakfast consists of a very fatty (fried eggs, sausages, bacon, cheese), or foods which are rich of simple sugars (yoghurt with fillings, sandwiches, sweet porridge). These dishes contain a little protein and complex carbohydrates, which allow longer support the body’s energy supply.

Here are some healthy weight loss recipes:

  1. Oatmeal, flax seeds, berries and almonds. Excellent is porridge. You can add a little cinnamon and honey. If you cook it on the milk, take a skim. Oatmeal with similar ingredients - a great healthy breakfast, rich in protein, fiber and beneficial fats. The dish tastes best, and does not require much time for cooking.

  2. Fresh berries, yogurt, cereal. In general, it is an analog version of yogurt store with filler. Because yogurt filling usually contains a lot of sugar, which is not needed in the morning, yogurt you can do itself, adding a variety of berries or fruits, and grains and seeds.

  3. Grapefruit, whole-grain bread or bread with almond butter. Almond oil - this is a healthier product than the peanut butter.

  4. Fresh fruit salad. Cut apples, melons, berries, oranges, pears, bananas, grapes and anything else. As a filling, you can use lemon juice or lime, or savory yogurt.

  5. Protein cocktail. Mixed in a blender milkshakes (you can also use soy milk) with fruit. In the mix you can add oat flakes, seeds and grains.

  6. Eggs with peppers. So many people love the eggs, the most useful would be to combine the product with lots of vegetables: peppers, onions, broccoli, choke on the olive oil.

  7. Cottage cheese with fruit. Mix cottage cheese with any fruit: apples, citrus fruits, berries. You can add a few spoons of sour cream.
