Hearty Corn Casserole

Ingredients:
creamed corn 8 oz.
canned whole kernel corn, undrained - 1 cup
sugar - 2 tsp
egg substitute - 1 cup
packaged corn bread mix - 1 (6 1/2 oz.)
canola or corn oil - 1 tbsp

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together; including the liquid from the corn.

Pour the batter into a nonstick loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until puffed and golden.
