1 cup flour
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
3 eggs (1/2 for Mix #1 - other half for Mix #2)
1 tsp baking powder

[ul]Mixture #2
2 cups coconuts
1 cup sugar
other half of eggs
1 tsp butter
[/ul]
[ul]1 can crushed pineapples[/ul]
Combine ingredients of Mixture #1, mix as cake and place in square pan.
Cover with 1 can of drained crushed pineapple.
Combine ingredients of Mixture #2, and spread over top of pineapples.
Bake at 325 for 35 minutes.
Cool…cut into squares.
Serve and Enjoy!
