Hi, hi. I found this forum while looking for a recipe for spicy cashew chicken. And it looks like a great place to be!
So about me presently:
I’m a bench jeweler/novice goldsmith and I work part time for a wedding ring manufacturer in RI. The rest of my time I spend hammering metal at home, cooking for my guys, traveling, gardening and reading.
The cooking takes up a lot of time as we are a gluten free, dairy free, soy free, egg free (and more) house hold. So almost everything is from scratch and I tweak a lot of recipes. I do enjoy the challenge! My latest challenge is working on a creamy vanilla “ice cream” or non-dairy frozen desert.
Yes I know this isn’t a forum dedicated to avoiding foods. But that’s good. I belong to a few of those already and they can get kind of stuffy. I’m glad I found you all and I look forward to sharing with you.
