Just wanted to say from HOT Az. Ive been obsessed with outcooking my wife from some of the recipes on RS. Its been a blast. So I decided to join and meet some new people. My next mission is to out do my wifes pot roast recipe and or maybe her Gumbo 
I am cruel but she loves it. Lots of good stuff on this site.
