Hi, folks – just wanted to say “hello,” and briefly introduce myself. A friend of mine recommended this forum, passing along a couple of great recipes received here that my wife and I have really enjoyed (more about those in a later post–I have the day off, and am about to go fishing on a calm, private lake just a few miles from home). Anyway, my name’s Eric, and my wife and I share cooking duties. Lately, I’ve been trying to top her excellence in the kitchen with more creative dinner dishes, and I hope to get some help from the forum. We always enjoy a big country-style breakfast on weekend mornings… any pointers to some unique breakfast recipes that I might surprise the missus with tomorrow morning?
