Hidden Valley Ranch Penne Pasta
6 oz. penne pasta
3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch mix
1 pkg. mixed frozen vegetables, cooked
1/4 cup slice almonds or pine nuts
Cook pasta al dente; drain saving 1 cup of cooking water. In pot, combine water, cream cheese and salad dressing mix; stir until cheese is melted. Add hot vegetables and nuts. Add pasta. Toss to mix.
