Holiday White Chocolate Mix
1 lb. white chocolate
3 c. Rice Chex
3 c. Corn chex
3 c. Cheerios
2 c. stick pretzels
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
12 oz. plain M&M’s
Combine rice Chex, Corn Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, peanuts and M&M’s in a large bowl. Slowly melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Pour melted chocolate over the dry ingredients. Spread on wax paper to dry. When dry, store in an airtight container in a cool place.
