Holiday Wrapped Breadsticks
Yield: 8 dozen
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
3 oz. thinly sliced turkey, ham or pastrami, cut into thin strips
1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen roll dough, thawed
Combine cheese, garlic, sesame seeds and poppy seeds in a bowl. Coat dough balls with Italian seasoning mixture and roll dough into 12 inch ropes. Cut each rope into 3 inch lengths. Top each length with a meat strip, and twist together; place breadsticks on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 F. for 13 to 15 minutes, place on wire racks to cool.
