Home meade egg noodles

1 cup high protein flour
1 jumbo egg
1 egg shell filled with skim milk.

dump high pro flour into bowl, make a well. Crack egg pointy side up so as to make a cup.
add egg into well. fill egg shell up with milk and add that. mix well untila dough forms.
Roll out thin. PLace in pot of salted boiling water. cook until tender. sprinkle salt, black pepper and drizzle low fat butter substitute toss.

high pro flour can be made by adding whey protein to standard flour. or whey protein to bread flour. Flax, soy or other flours will need to have some plain flour added to give it the right texture but flax, soy work well.
