Homemade Beef Bologna

• 2 lb lean hamburger
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• 2 tbsp Adolph’s Tenderizer
• 2 tsp mustard seed
• 1-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Put in a tight covered bowl and refrigerate at least 24 hours (not any less).
  4. Remove and make into 2 or 3 rolls.
  5. Place on rack on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 1 hr 15 mins; do not cover.
  7. Let cool at room temperature.
    Great with saltines or party rye bread.
