Homemade Pesto

2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
2 cups packed , coarsely choppeded Basil leaves, roughly choped
1 Tbs coarse Sea Salt
1 Tbs Pine Nuts
3Tbs Parmesan Cheese
1/3 - 1/2 cup extra Virgin Olive Oil

In a food processor, combine garlic, basil, sea salt, pine nuts and cheese,
pulsing to form a paste. With the machine running, slowly add the olive oil
pouring down the feeder tube until the pesto is of the desired consistency, not to liquid but smooth enough to spread. Adjust seasoning to taste.
