Honey Chicken

About 2 pounds chicken thighs & drumsticks
75gr butter
1 garlic clove
1 tsp grated ginger or ginger powder
1 tsp salt
100gr honey
1 tsp vinegar
Freshly ground black pepper

Melt the butter and incorporate all the other ingredients for the marinade. Mix well and rub over chicken parts.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinade for a while or the whole night.
Roast the chicken in the oven at 160ºC/320ºF for about an hour. Baste regularly with its own juices.
