Honey Mustard Chicken Nuggets
1/4 cup Light Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 cups crumbled corn flakes
Preheat oven to 400. In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, creamy
mustard, honey and salt.
Add chicken; stir to coat. Roll chicken in crumbs.
Bake 12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
