Honey Mustard Chicken Nuggets
1/4c. creamy mustard
1 lb. bonless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
1 1/2c. corn flake or cracker crumbs
In medium bowl combine mayonnaise, creamy mustard, honey and salt.
Add chicken; stir to coat. Roll chicken in crumbs. Bake in 400 oven 12-
15 minutes or until browned.
